Ed Brackett has been carving steadily since 2010 and is a member of the New England Woodcarvers. He makes a variety of things, but his real passion is American Folk Art, especially wildfowl decoys. He likes being a part of the woodcarving community and is always willing to share his knowledge with hopes that people will gain his enthusiasm for folk art related woodcarving.
The Nantucket Historical Association preserves and interprets the history of Nantucket through its programs, collections, and properties, in order to promote the island’s significance and foster an appreciation of it among all audiences.
