Biographical Information
This is an artificial collection of theater programs assembled by the Nantucket Historical Association. In some instances, the NHA gathers materials of a single format to preserve them and make them available. In these cases, the NHA is seen as the creator of the artificially constructed collection.

This collection includes clippings, playbills, reviews, posters, advertisements, and programs for concerts, recitations, plays, and other performances by professional acting troupes, well-known members of ‘Sconset’s actors’ colony, Nantucket schools, churches, and various island clubs.
