Biographical Information

William P. Ceely owned a sail making business in Nantucket, Mass. He was born on February 13, 1809 to Elias Ceely (1773–1848) and Dinah Starbuck (1781–1848). He married Mary Bunker (1814–1884) in 1832 and together they had two children: Thomas S. Ceely (1841–1914) and Lydia M. Ceely (1848–?). Ceely died on March 9, 1882.
