Dharma Talk and Meditation with Andrew Viselli

I have lived on Nantucket year-round since 2011. I am a Special Education teacher at Nantucket High School, where I started and run the Alternative Education Program.

My meditation journey started in the fall of 2019 and I began a more dedicated practice in July of 2020. I participated in a 100-hour meditation teacher training course with The Boston Buddha (Andy Kelly, Chopra Certified Instructor) which led me to begin guiding meditation class across the island.

Sunrise meditations on the beach are my personal favorites. I wake at 4:27 each morning and begin my breathwork and meditation practice. My hope is to bring the benefits of meditation to as many people as possible, so they may also get what they need from this ancient practice.
