Join us for a Museum-based experience focusing on connecting participants with our exhibitions and more during the long months of winter.  Experiences include exploring art and history, yoga and meditation, decorative arts, and journaling at the Whaling Museum and NHA Historic Properties. 


Focused Flow Yoga with Caitlin Marcoux

Caitlin Marcoux, LMT, e-RYT is a senior Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher known for her music-driven vinyasa classes. Over her last 16 years of teaching, she has headlined many New England yoga festivals and charity events, including the 2016 Yoga Reaches Out Yogathon at Gillett Stadium. In addition to teaching yoga, Caitlin has been a licensed clinical massage therapist and anatomy aficionado for over 20 years, and a personal trainer & wellness coach for the last 6. As a two-time cancer survivor herself, Caitlin is passionate about supporting clients with long-term illness and those recovering from traumatic injury.
