The NHA and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket (TWN) are pleased to present the one-act play “Moby Dick Rehearsed.” Written by Orson Welles in 1950, this play within a play is both a celebration of the stage and testimony of the enduring legacy of Herman Melville’s masterpiece of American literature.

The Nantucket Historical Association preserves and interprets the history of Nantucket through its programs, collections, and properties, in order to promote the island’s significance and foster an appreciation of it among all audiences.
